THE
PHOENIX TREE CLINIC
HYPNOSIS
& STRESS MANAGEMENT
TREATMENTS
Hypnotherapy is medically
accepted to benefit the following and more.
Catherine
is trained to treat all these symptoms and has had specialist
training in many of them. She has completed 27.5
hours CPD in 2014.
The
cause of the presenting problem lies within the unconscious mind,
often due to a ‘seeding’ event or to
unintentional behavioural conditioning in early years usually long
forgotten .
It’s
interesting to note that the unconscious mind always acts in such a
way that it attempts toprotect
and preserve the individual and many fears and phobias have at
their root a form of exaggerated
self-preservation. Unfortunately, these can become over-exaggerated
and generalised over
time, even to the point where they begin to restrict a normal
successful life.

STOP
SMOKING ONE SESSION METHOD
Michael Joseph,
Principal of the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH), is the
originator of the ONE SESSION STOP SMOKING method. The LCCH
has continued to develop and perfect this method over the
years.
Catherine was trained by the LCCH and continues to work as a
lecturer, supervisor, tutor and examiner for them.
This One Session Treatment is an extremely successful method with a
95% success rate for Catherine.
A study published in the European Journal of General Practice -
suggested strongly that hypnotherapy may be as good, or even
better than, existing treatments for smoking such as Nicotine
patches and/or Zyban.
Catherine not only offers individual treatments but also group
sessions at a much reduced cost. The individual treatments are
tailored to the patient and are therefore a more successful option.
That said, the group sessions
are extremely successful.
Although rarely required, a follow up session is offered free of
charge for the individual treatments.
